i know for a fact that i have Agent.ER the problem is 1. It wont stay removed (guessing it have backup files helping it) 2. i don't know where it is or any of its back-up files 3. So far the only program detected it or attempted to delete it is Windows Defender which takes forever to scan
As far as i can tell the only thing it has done is slow down my computer
p.s. if you want me to download anti spyware programs make sure that they are not trail versions or convince me that it wont make screw-up in attempt for me to pay $30 for the full version

What I would suggest is to D/L spyware Terminator (FREE and works great) to your desktop. Uninstall Windows Defender and install Spyware Terminator. Great Real-time software and it also can run scheduled scans whenever you like.
2 good FREE cleaners to use at least once a week (depending on how much you use your PC) is ATF and Crap Cleaner.
