hi, my sister has this trojan on her laptop and i can't seem to get rid of it. C:\WINDOWS\System32\vbsys2.dll norton keeps popping up letting us know it's there and that it has denied access to the file. scanned with cws, spybot and adaware aswell. any ideas as to how i can go about this? i would have run a housecall scan but they're from New Zealand (i'm in Australia) so i couldn't connect to the net. i had the other programs on a cd. The norton scan also found these, which it couldn't delete: optimize.exe and otai.exe Some help would be greatly appreciated. Chris.
