trojan virus? please, help

September 17, 2010 at 10:13:14
Specs: Windows XP, dual core 1.6 / 1gb
I have a virus but I don't know what it is about
I can't run some programs and the only anti-spyware that found a thing was spysweeper. An alert is run constantly saying, "trojan-backdoor.gen.x" is attempting to access the file system and then it asks me to delete a file from the temp folder.

I can't access to some web pages such like "panda security online scan" or anything ralated to some anti-malware programs... I can't run the admin or regedit either

I've removed some things with trojan remover and hitman pro but there's still a message from windows bothering me all the time, it says,

"Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b1bf7c 4 75b1bf7c 75b1bf7c"

And I can't access the register nor the admin

I learnt to activate those features by editing the "gpedit.msc" but I have to do it every single time because it seems to resets once and again...

Ha, I find a case on Internet.
error usb (exception processing message c0000013 parameters 75b1bf7c 4 75b1bf7c 75b1bf7c)

The solution (win XP)
"I finally had to go into Device Manager and
uninstall all the drives except for the C: drive. I uninstalled both DVD
drives and all the indivdual card reader drives. I did not uninstall any of
the controllers just the drives. Then I shut the computer OFF not just
restart. After I turned the computer back on, it automatically discovered
all the drives and apparently updated the registry with the correct
information. No more Exception Processing Messages!"
