Also, my OS is windows professional 2000, if you haven't figured it out. I tried deleting files with the spyware that's making my computer crash with each scan, but it looks like its spreading, even though i deleted the viruses. HELP ME, PLEASE!!!

Make sure Spybot v1.3 and Ad-Aware SE v1.05 have been updated online first. Again. Also update your Anti-virus programs.

Then boot the system into Safe Mode and run Nortons first, then spybot, remove all found, then run Ad-Aware SE. Running them in Safe Mode helps them remove infections and at the same time prevents the trojans from starting up.

Then run your AVG Anti-Virus program while in Safe Mode and do a full scan. You should be able to delete anything it finds in Safe Mode.

Then it should be safe to reboot and connect to the Internet and run On Line virus scans such as HouseCall_AV and a TrojanScan.

If you have done as Jack said shut down the computer> wait 20 seconds> restart the computer and press F8 as the computer start to boot at about 1 second intervals. You will get a list choose safe moode and you may get second sceen asking what operating system you are using, just choose yours.

Or read these directions Safe Mode
