Use HiJackThis to track down or check for possible infections.
Important: Create a specific folder on your hard drive called HijackThis to keep its backups.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it HijackThis. Download and unzip HijackThis.exe into this folder.

I think that you have gotten rid of it infact.
\owner\local settings\application data\wdokbye.dll the specified module could not be found would indicate that the trojan .dll file is gone. What you need now is to delete the orphaned registry entry for it. A very good and free tool for this is Ccleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/ -run the 'issues' tab to clean the registry and get rid of the '...cannot be found' message as well :-)
Another app you could use for trojans is TrojanHunter http://www.misec.net/ -probably the best there is and 60 day trial.

-happy to help if I can :-
