trojan remover update problem

Hi:while updating trojan remover and @ 99% I got the following Error: trojan Remover encountered an error trying to download the database update c:\programs files\trojan remover\db.zip failed file size verification check, this update will be aborted if the error continues To occur try clearing your tmp internet cache BTW:I tried the clearing Tmp cache but I still have the same delema any ideas. thanks

hi rosemary, try cleaning your temp internet files by using the tools button, then internet options, then go to delete temp internet files, and delete all offline content. that should do it. all the best, murve
