downloaded avg anti-virus,told me i had trojan(psw.briss.c)it's in c:\windows\downloadedprogramfiles\bridge.dll can't remove this program(access denied)believe it's supported by 2 other programs-bridge.inf+ jaa.dll. anybody help out a novice !
Did you turn system restore off and restart your computer. If not, do it and during the restart enter the safe mode, and use AVG to scan your system to see if it can clean/repair/delete the file?
