hi
i seem to be having problems regarding a trojan.desktophijacker virus. It seems to attack regularly and is detected and deleted by norton antivirus 2003 but i think it has actually ran in the past as my internet homepage is unable to be changed away from google.com. I am unable to change this even via clean boot and the search engine itself is not working properly as when searching it seems to disregard anything entered and just comes up with pornographic sites.
also the ad watch i have running constantly notifies me of registry updates caused by files within the windows/System32 file.
I was wondering if anyone could advise me how i could stop it attacking and how i can go about changing my homepage back.
