Trojan in logon.exe

windows/system32/logon.exe is infected with a Trojan horse. Norton anti virus says it can't delete or repair the file. Does anyone know how I can remove the Trojan?
Norton likely can't clean or delete the trojan because it is running....so you have to shut off the process that is associated with the trojan norton found Check out the writeup on the trojan from symantec's site. Their instructions for manual removal are pretty good. Just be careful if there are registry edits to do. Good luck
