Comment:

I had a Trojan horse about a month ago and someone told me how to delete it by going through the reg. It worked.

Since then I have received another Trojan Horse. The Moosoft Cleaner doesn't detect it nor does the Trojan Remover. Norton picks it up but cannot delete or fix it. SO I unistalled and reinstalled Norton (not sure why I did) after that I scanned my whole computer and it found 5 Trojan Horses. None of them could be removed or fixed. It just Quartined them.

I'm not at home so I'm not sure what the file names or directories they are in. Do you need this to tell me how to edit my reg? I would like to do it this way as it seems to be the only way it will work for me.

What is a Trojan Horse anyway? Thank you

If you need the file names and directories I will be hom in about 1.5 hours. It's 4:30pm Central time now.

I've done some research on those files, and so far all that I've found is that these files are drivers? I can't believe it my self either.
You probably have another trojan that is not being recognized by NAV and is infecting your drivers and files.
Go here: http://housecall.anvirus.com and run a free AV scan. It picks up anything and everything. Picked up a joke program on my computer! :D

Hi! first of all when I started my PC Norton Anti Virus didn't opened, neither Internet Security, I launched Yahoo Messenger and I couldn't see the text messages, then I went to my mail box and couldn't use the buttons properly, and the IE couldn't lauch some java scripts, I uninstalled and installed Norton Anti Virus and I couldn't go further when I opened it from the Welcome to Norton Anti Virus 2002 screen, because of some problems with the buttons again....now I'm running that free scan from macfee cuz I couldn't do it on Norton web site and in my Anti Virus.....I hope it runs....

some suggestions?????

Chad just delete the files from quarantine. There's nothing else you need to do unless some errors start popping up. If they do tell us what they are.
