I have found 3 trojan horse on my sons laptop. 2 different Trojan Horse Generics, and one Trojan Horse Clicker.
I have run spybot, adaware, ewido, and avg. Only ewido said they were fixed, but then they came back. Also, when he turns off his laptop, he loses everthing he did in last session as if it never happened.
I have turned off system restore Thank you.

Start it in safe-mode

go

Start>

Run>

Type msconfig

then go to the boot.ini tab and select SAFEBOOT\

Then run your anti-virus software

When your done go back to the msconfig and uncheck the safe-boot
