gambino, Open Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options/General tab. In the Teporary Internet Files section click the "Delete Files" button and when the pop-up window appears put a checkmark in the "delete all offline content" box and click OK. This will get rid of it. Run a virus scan again and it should come up clean.

gambino, Follow the Manual Removal Instructions at the links below which should get rid of it.

MaConnect Removal Instructions

Online-Dialer Removal Instructions

I'd try the first link and if that doesn't get rid of it try the second link.

Have you tried running Spybot Search & Destroy or Lavasoft's AdAware?

They may also do the trick...
