i started a file containing this trojan .Now it infected my comp. completely and now it is showing a red sign that updates for windows xp are stopped and i can't turn it on.And time to time my avg keeps on tracking virus and trojan or tracing cookies.can somebody help me to remove the virus .....

try downloading a programme called trojan remover(simplysup.com) which will give you a free 30 day trial and run the full system scan this got rid of my trojan infection no problem. Good luck hope it helps
