My friend has a laptop running XP and they have SHeur2.VKV infected on the system.
Using Free AVG it reports these files as infected:
updtic tcontrl cleanlb
My friend lives about half hour away so I don't have immediate access to their laptop.
But if you could provide me any detailed instructions about the best way to get the trojan horse removed it would be appreciated.
As a last resort I will re-store the Toshiba master CD.
