My computer is affected with Trojan horse generic11.YJ
I have seen other threads where help has been given to remove these threats and I was hoping someone could help me. I didn't want to go straight ahead and follow the instructions in other threads as I have not found one with exactly the same virus name and fear the same intructions might not be valid.
I would be very grateful if someone could help me.

C:\\WINDOWS\system32\|liJCsRhe.dll
all you gotta do is go there and delete '|liJCsRhe.dll'. that dll was made by the trojan and not by a legitimate program so deleting it shouldnt have any bad effect on your computer. You can tell that the name of the file was randomly generated as it makes no sense. I nearly 100% sure it's completely safe to delete. I found a load of these dlls on my computer that i thought were caused by trojans and I just deleted them. with no adverse effects. good luck!
