This virus disabled my system restore function. With the AVG (full version) function at alert, I cannot get into task manager and other functions. The virus don't allow me to get into Application Data on C-drive. I scanned with AVG in Safe Mode, to no avail. AVG shield recognises but cannot remove the virus. I tried Avast, Anti-spyware applications all to no avail. What can I do?
