Have you turned off system restore(My Computer>Properties>turn system restore off) and restarted your computer? During the restart did you enter the safe mode and use AVG to scan for the trojan?

First can you do a scan with AVG and tell me where it says the trojan is located

I cant find any refrence to this trojan on the net can you also confirm that you have switched off system restore,if so try these.

Two more online scans

http://securityresponse.symantec.com/

Also run Adaware or Spybot search and Destroy as it might have come in on the back of some spyware.

Dont forget to let me know where its located

If I dont know, somebody will.

Hi,
finally got rid of it. Used adware first, then checked to see which file was infected. Found it. Changed names. Looked up to see what file was. Wasn't apart of Windows so I went into DOS found the file and Deleted it. No more warning from AVG popping up. Rescanned and no more virus. Thanks for your help.
