How to remove Trojan horse Downloader.Generic8.AVZP?

Anti-Virus: AVG Anti-Virus 8.5.374 Free Edition

Location: C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Temp\b.exe

OS: Windows Vista(TM) Ultimate Service Pack1

Actions: Already tried to HEAL and MOVE TO VAULT procedure but still no good. Recurring pop-up, SYSTEM IS INFECTED.

thanks for the response.. but how can i turn off the SYSTEM RESTORE.. and going to SAFE MODE?
