Diamond software has a free trial version of some excellent software which I own and use TROJAN DEFENSE SYSTEM 3 The only thing non functional is the AUTO UPDATE feature.
YOU CAN EASILY UPDATE MANUALLY!
BY FOLLOWING THE SUPPLIED INSTRUCTIONS
TDS3 finds terminates and deletes all known trojans. It also has some usefull tools
Use it once and you will be a beleiver.
