I did AVG scan and it found Trojan Horse Dialer in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\EPIIFE6A.DOC which was healed ok. I then rebooted as always and ran scan again and once again it found the Dialer only this time it was in C:\_RESTORE\TEMP\A0009965.CPY and couldn't be healed or moved to vault. I take it that means the virus is now in the system restore files and this is where it becomes weird, because I haven't used system restore, so how can it be there?

Any suggestions greatly appreciated

If System Restore is turned on, it automatically makes restore points on a periodic basis.

Turn it off; reboot your computer; turn it back on.
