AVG has identified trojan horse clicker on my laptop but cannot heal or vault it. Windows is not frozen and I am technically online but IE wont open and in fact no desktop processes will initiate - they computer will either freeze or simply not respond. Therefore I cant go online to download any fix and any software I buy may not be able to access the necessary updates.
