Hi,
Restart your computer, before windows loads hit the F8 key a few times to bring up the start-up menu. Choose "Safe Mode".
Once windows loads it may ask you if you want to continue in safe mode, choose YES.
Now go to start menu, My Computer and click on C drive, new window loads Click on Windows (folder). Find system32 folder and click on it to open it. In that folder search for iprtrmg.dll and delete it.
Restart your computer normally and see if all is good. If while in safe mode you cannot delete the file, please reply to me and I will help you remove it. It will just need some more work.

Hi, Figured... it's embedded too deep for a simple removal. I have one solution for you... try GMER, you can download it here: http://www.gmer.net/gmer.zip

I downloaded and ran gmer in safe mode on my infected laptop however, once the virus was found it made the PC shutdown straight away after a blue box appeared saying windows error. Gmer finds the Trojan, and it also found a hidden virus working in the background that all anti virus programs I downloaded and used was not able to find.
