Help! I've got the trojan horse from hell on my PC here. Ran AVG and it detected "Trojan Horse backdoor.agent.BA" in C:WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/resffo.dll, but it said it couldn't heal it, and said it couldn't be moved to the virus vault. I figured I could just delete it manually, but when i checked the SYSTEM32 folder, there was no resffo.dll file in there. Regardless, AVG keeps detecting it, but not fixing it. I ran spybot-search and destroy, but it didn't fix anything. I'm not sure what else to do. I'm afraid to shut down my computer because when I go to start it up next time, it keeps restarting itself over and over again, till it finally starts up corrctly and tells me it has recovered from a system error. Everything runs slow, and I keep getting a message that Virtual Memory is too low and is being expanded, but I know it isn't too low. Please Help!
