Hi,
Symantec Anti-virus keeps on detecting a few instances of "Trojan Horse" and Trojan.Bloodhound.196 a few times per day. Deleting the files doesn't work because they keep on copying themselves to other locations. I've run Malware Bytes Anti-Malware, but that hasn't been able to get rid of them. Also, I've been getting Internet Explorer pop-ups every 15 mins or so for random sites whenever I'm not using my computer. How can I remove these viruses? I have the HJT log file, but I don't know how to interpret it.

Thanks for any help,
jo

go here and download the image

burn it to a cd using some image burner ( you can choose one ) and boot from it

it`s going to remove the root of the infection, so it won`t spread around

Good luck with disinfecting your computer
