I just install a new Windows 7 and also avast and the scan result show this Win32:Trojan-gen. I deleted it already but how is that possible; I haven't browse that much yet!

set up avast to do a bootscan on reboot and move all it finds to the chest.
Make sure nothing else is lurking on your PC.
You may even try using Threatfire along with Avast, that will help too.
In answer to your question
Anytime you get on-line with high speed you can catch something. You may have gone online before you installed Avast.
