I recently clicked on one of those AIM profile viruses. While i don't think i have the virus itself since nothing has shown up in my profile, I did contract 2 Trojan Dropper viruses from the links. I ran Norton's and it said in the log that access was denied to the virus and that repair failed. I followed Symantec's procedures for removal (restarting in safe mode, running Norton's) but that turned up nothing either. I would greatly appreciate any help in trying to delete these viruses, since i am very computer illiterate.

Did you disable system restore, and then update your virus definitions and restart your computer in safe mode and run a full virus scan in safe mode? Also clear internet explorer history and files if needed.

Yes, i did all that. Twice. I was looking around and noticed that i might need to download Hijackthis, which i did. Heres my Log.
