Help! My computer's been acting VERY slow lately, and after buying a new external drive and removing excess files, removing programs, and still no luck i decided to try another Anti-Virus software. I ran AVG and it found the trojan Downloader.Keenval.x. Which was quarantined to a vault but not removed. I tried to "remove" and hit "restore" instead and now its located in a folder called C:/17c and can't be moved, deleted ("access denied")or detected by anti-virus... any ideas how to remove it if it can't be detected?
