Hello! I need some help on this problem I'm having. I am using Grisoft AVG (free version) and it was able to detect the following trojans:

wmsyspzx.prx
C:\windows\
Trojan Horse Downloader.Agent.9.BE
vxh8jkdq1.exe
c:\windows\system
Trojan Horse Downloader.Generic.CYH
vxh8jkdq5.exe
c:\windows\system
Trojan Horse Downloader.Generic.DGW
1.qtdfmp
c:\windows\temp
Trojan Horse Downloader.Generic.CYH
5.qtdfmp
c:\windows\temp
Trojan Horse Downloader.Generic.DGW
VXH8JDQ7.EXE
c:\windows\temp
Trojan Horse Downloader.Generic.JWA

I was also able to detect a dialer:

125019.dlr
c:\ProgramFiles\Yahoo!\ypsr\quarantine\ppqC130.tmp\
Trojan Horse Dialer.12.AM

I've scanned my computer twice in normal mode (that's when I found the infected files). I also downloaded Ad-Aware SE Personal (free version) and found several critical objects which I couldn't remove so I just left them quarantined. Afterwards, I went to safe mode and emptied the AVG virus vault. I re-scanned (while in safe mode) and found nothing. To make sure, I also followed the path files shown in the virus vault and manually deleted the infected files. Then, I went to normal mode, but I still can't get rid of the virus.

The same thing happens...When Windows starts up, it automatically logs on even though I haven't entered my password yet (although the username and password prompt appears). Then, the dialer automatically pops up but doesn't dial. An error message also appears saying that Windows can't find kernels32. I don't know what that is, so I just pressed ok.

I've tried everything I know in order to fix this. Does anyone else know of a way? Please help me.

Janice

you still are infected with some kind of parasites.

You need to find proper spyware removal program.
there are more than 350 spyware removers in the market: some of them are really bad and made to deceive you, others are quite good. Some of them are free of charge, some - are not.
Read reviews:
here is the list of good antispyware programs and here is the list of bad programs called corrupt antispyware.

Try this,Download ccleaner to clean out all your temp files, don't run it yet. Make sure there is not anything in the recycle bin that you need as ccleaner will delete recycle bin items unless checked not to do so. Reboot into Safe Mode then navigate to and delete these files:

C:\windows\wmsyspzx.prx

c:\windows\system\vxh8jkdq1.exe

c:\windows\system\vxh8jkdq5.exe

c:\windows\temp\qtdfmp

c:\windows\temp\VXH8JDQ7.exe

Run ccleaner, then reboot into normal mode.
