Trojan DNS Changer/defragment/redirection

Specs: Windows XP, Pentium 4 (3.2GHz), 1.99GB RAM
Hi. My previous post seems to have vanished, so apologies if I'm needlessly reposting due to being stupid. Anyway, I think I'm having the same trouble with a Trojan DNS changer as many people. Please help! These are the MBAM and HJT logs:

You should follow only one person's advice when removing malware. I suggest you now show those logs to "someone else" to avoid messing up your system more by following multiple people's advice.
