I can still access and send yahoo mail via the site but have to re-login each time. I have dwnldd (ymmapi.dll) from the site and is awaiting action.. my question is: DO I NEED this file at all and which folder should it b placed if so? Reply: (edit)Hello Del7, It's almost impossible to answer your question, as there is probably over two millions DLL's running in the world of computers.... generally a DLL is connected to a program, when the program don't exist anymore, the DLL can stay into your system, but keep asleep. Anyway, if your feel insecure with it, you can try this wonderful program called Trojan Remover 6.15 this program is a freeware for one month, but fully updated, read well the "readme" file in order to use correctly the two scans embaded in the program: one to scan the memory, one to hunt and eradicate the worm hidden somewhere into your hard drive.....
