Hi guys,
i have a little prob here
i have a symantec endpoint protection v .11
and recently it discovered a trojan in "appdata/local/temp", the temp folder ,
i ran a scan n the safe mode then it found alot of infected files then they've been quarantined,
from that since i'm gettting warnings about a trojan the same trojan in the same temp folder
i'm sure that my antivirus cannot locate the origanal virus,

maybe try scanning with malwarebytes and possibly do a bootscan with avast free and remove all it finds. Norton is just not that good of an AV anymore.

Some HELP in posting on Computing.net plus free progs and instructions Cheers

I would install Avast free
http://www.filehippo.com/download_a...

You will have to use the Norton removal tool from their website
http://service1.symantec.com/Suppor...
to remove all the norton stuff or no other AV will work properly
