try a Kasperspy or Housecall online scan in safemode with networking and delete all they find. You may have to turn off system restore to scan and then put it back on after reboot.

Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results....thanks

what I would do is d/l avast, then disable norton and have avast do a bootscan on reboot. You should then be able to remove the culprits.
When it finds the viruses and spyware, just click on move it to the chest.

Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results....thanks

I had the same problem, try disconnecting your internet, that way the trojan wont keep redownloading after every scan.

Oh yeh and I used Ewido and it worked just fine. =3
