Hi. I am posting this from my laptop computer, but it's my desktop computer (Compaq Windows XP)that has the problem. I can't get on to the internet because of it. My virus scan (Bitdefender) reported the following:

C\WINDOWS\system32\arvmkovn.dll Infected Gen:Trojan.Heur.564E44

C\WINDOWS\system32\hwqlghht.dll Infected Gen:Trojan.Heur.564E44

C\WINDOWS\system32\jkqtsf.dll Infected Gen:Trojan.Heur.564E44

C\WINDOWS\system32\ljJASljH.dll Infected Gen:Trojan.Heur.564E44

C\WINDOWS\system32\nnnkJBTm.dll Infected Gen:Trojan.Heur.564E44

Bitdefender did not disinfect or move these files. What are these files? Can I try to delete them?

Thanks.

Thank you for your help - it appears as though the trojan remover did the job!
