i think iv got some kind of trojan/ spyware or summit on my computer please help.
iv tried using Ad-Aware SE, Scan spyware, spybot search and destroy and they find nothing. when i opened Internet explorer norton found a trojan and automaticcaly removed it.

the problems i have are. internet explore scrolls to the bottom of the page and i cant scroll back up, when i do scroll back up, it scrolls straight to the bottom of the page again. this also happens in explorer, whe i try to open i folder, no matter which folder i try to open, it scrolls to the bottom and i can only select the last folder.

Also without pressing the button on the front of my monitor, the options flash up and start randomy changing my monitor setting. it will change the contrast, brightness, language etc. when i press the button on my monitor to close the options, it just flashes up again.

also when i click on the start menu, my mouse does not move where i want it to, it just randomly moves over the screen. scrolling up and down all of my programs.

it is like somebody is controlling my computer!.

i hope you can understand what i mean.

i have a hijack This log file if this will help

thank you for any help

Post your log on here first:

HJT DETECTIVE

This is much simpler than the link given (concentrating more on the "nasties"). If it shows anything under "Malcious" then get HJT to delete all of them. Now try posting the NEW log on the link given in #1. It will probably be shorter, so easier to manage.

Google (including Google Groups) will help you track down any that you don't recognise. You don't need to worry about the green ones.

If you have run Ad-Aware, SpyBot S&D, had a bash at the above, then I'm happy that you post log here and I'll try to sort out the more tricky ones that remain if you find them difficult.

Sorry, should have said "turn off system restore" before doing what I said in #3. Don't ask me how because I'm a W98SE user (no restore).
