My brother recently scanned his computer using trend micro housecall and found a few trojan viruses. I tried to delete them and most did except for one. Its name is "TROJ AGENT.JA" Does anyone have any idea about how to get rid of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Usually Trendmicro with give you the filename and the path to the infected folder even if it can't delete the file. It is not true in all cases.
If you have the filename and path navigate to it but don't do anything to it yet. Most likely it is a hidden file so go to contol panel>folder option>view tab>check the circle beside"show hidden files and folders">apply>ok.
If you find it it boot the computer into Safe Mode navigate to the file and delete it.
