I have run avg and its found 2 trojans. trojan horse downloader.small.20.av and trojan horse downloader.small.20.bh and wont heal, status infected,embedded object how do I remove? can anyone help?

Try booting into safe mode by rebooting and tapping the F8 key then do a Avg scan ,and it should be able to remove it " IF IT AINT BROKE LEAVE IT ALONE "
