I am 99% sure I picked this up when I updated my msn messenger as the computer was fine before this and then this first appeared right after.
When I first click on my internet explorer button (I have broadband) it takes about 3-4mins to connect, it is no problem with the company for broadband as it works fine once it is going, most of the time the computer throws up an illegal operation message saying this trickler is faulty etc the minute I close that it works fine! I understand it is a spyware of somesorts how the heck can I get rid of it, I have done a file search yet when I attempt to delate it nothing happens I cant seem to click on it etc! Any help greatly appreciated, many thanks!

Trickler_3210 is spyware from Gator. Download and run Spybot Search and Destroy to remove it.

Ad-aware is great, but watch it there is a file it finds for kazaa if you use that that is not actually spy ware, and deleting it will not allow kazaa to work. Not sure if this is in kazaa lite too, but everyone should be using lite anyway :)

to Slawcio - AdAware used to be great but it is very outdated now. Pretty much eveyone is recommending Spybot over AdAware since there have been no updates to AdAware for 4 months now. Just FYI.
