Trend Micro start up Error Message

I get an error message when I try to start up the Trend Micro console, it says: Unable to open the Client/Server Security Agent console. A system error has occurred. Reinstall the Client/Server Agent program. If this problem persists, contact your client/Server Security Agent administrator. And windows gives me this message everytime I close it it pops back up: Trend Micro Common Client Communication Service stopped working and was closed. A problem caused the application to stop working correctly. Windows will notify you if a solution is avialable.
