Hi, I was on Yahoo! Chat there and I was talking to a Nigerian and he wanted my pic. Now I sent him a fake one as sending my my real one would be dangerous, but could he trace my IP Address by me sending the Pic to his e-mail address? Could he trace my street address and my telephone number and name by my IP address as well? Also when I sent him the Pic he said "i'm coming" and I said when and he said "Now" He also asked me to come to Lagos and told me his street address but I ignored him and he asked me for my telephone number but I told him a fake one.Can someone reply quick as i'm really worried.

your ip address will only trace as far as your isp. unless the person has esp they'll only know what internet provider you subscribe to.

my understanding is they wont be able to trace your isp if you use software like Ghost-surf. free trial version canbe found in da web. make a search.

The only way they can trace you is if your ISP gives out your personal address. You thing that is going to happen? I don't think so. These people are idiots, and they can only function if someone else acts like an idiot also.
