Hi,
My computer got infected with "Trojan horse Dialer.17.E". The AVG program detected it and after some procedures, my PC seems to be clean.
But now, even when I get a connection with my ISP I am not able to navigate (I get always an error message from my browser). I tried to ping some websites using a Command window and all times I got answer.

If you are sure your system is clean, can you reinstall ME over the top, like in 98 and XP? That should replace any corrupted system files. Trojans usually do not hijack browsers. I have never used ME so I cannot tell you what to do.
