to extract the zip file

I have some folders but those folders were changed to zip folder and i cannot extract and there is no extract wizard in shortcut menu.How can i solve and why .Please reply me .Thank you.

whoah... Hold on there. Did you make those ZIP folders? Or they just pop out to your computer and have the same name of your folders but it's a ZIP type folder.
