This .tmp file (jusnh38enfsfst4g.tmp) is messing up my computer. It crashes almost every program I try to launch, but after I delete it my program works fine. But the file comes back 3 minutes later. Is it possible to figure out what program the .tmp came from?

Also here is what that file is also messing up.
My images:
On my programs and on my own desktop background I have images. But when I load my computer none of these will show unless I go into Internet options -> advanced -> and click restore defaults....

I have run a scan with norton 360 5 times! but it doesn't seem to help with this problem...

Can someone please help me? I run a business and need my computer in top shape.

did you try turning off system restore and then scanning?
I'm not a big Norton fan, why not try Avast free and let it to a bootscan on reboot. Move everything it finds to the chest.

If Avast fixed it for you, I would suggest unloading Norton using the uninstaller from their website or avast won't function properly. You can only have ONE AV running on a PC.
You also may want to try booting into safe mode, then rebooting to normal and it may fix your icon problem. Glad Avast worked for you.
Don't forget to register the free version of avast (the license is good for a year then it has to be renewed)....it should work for you OR you can buy the paid version, whichever you like. Good Luck
