On my laptop i have a pop up message that flashes every 5 seconds that says "this computer is being attacked",when i open control panel,in classic view, there's no content,alt+ctlr+del gives "task manager disabled by your administrator", i cant run regedit, i tried smirtfraudFix,TaskmanagerFix,RRTv1.00 but nothing ... Please help !!!

Run a virus scan on your system with a updated antivirus. You are suffering a pop up add infection so I think a updated anti virus can remove it. If you don't have an antivirus the check the site below me the can recommend you a good one.
