Thank you very much :). Anti-Malware seems to have got the bugger (nfr.dll) but now on startup I'm getting an error nfr.dll could not be found. Any idea how I can get rid of this?

I had the same issue with a relative's PC. I also used Malwarebytes to remove it and got the messages you said afterwards. My relative was concerned as she is not a computer geek! Anyway, I found that there were still some traces in the startup routine of windows that was trying to launch the malware - however, it couldn't as the antimalware had removed it. If you want to get rid of the messages (they are nothing to really worry about) you need to go into the start then run and type msconfig. It is in the Startup tab list - untick the boxes for the offending stuff such as dll32 and nfr.dll and the messages will disappear as the windows startup will no longer be trying to launch said 'rubbish'! I can post more detailed help if you want or PM me!
