Okay people I really need help on this one here because it seems like a Virus but I can't visually see anything its doing to me yet.

I was in my e-mail and my friend sent me pictures from his vacation. After I had to download the attachments and the zipped files opened no pictures could be viewed in the photo gallery.

Then I got a pop up that was along the lines of "has your computer been running slower? it may be because infectious spy ware was installed..." and i click the 'x' and looked at my Add/Remove in my Control Panel. All of my buttons that give me the option to remove a program are gone so I just have to stare at all my files. I'll give a list of the files that "magically" appeared on their own in my Add/Remove at the bottom of this message.

I have run Ad-Aware 2007 and it found 73 infectious files which we cookies. When I clicked delete I had 3 remaining and it said they'd go away after I reboot. So I just rebooted and just finished running another scan now, and am at only 5 infections detected but that list of files in my Add/Remove is still there.

I also ran AVG and it says no threats were found, so that doesn't really help me.

I haven’t had any changes to my homepage settings, no new favorites add to my list that I didn't add myself, and I have no new desktop display.

This is the most mysterious 'virus' I have ever seen because it is almost like its apart of my computer because I'm not seeing anything bad that it’s doing.

Here is that list of new programs I didn't add in my Add/Remove:
6200
6200_Help
6200Trb
Adobe Flash Player 9 ActiveX (i did just add install this myself, but could this be responsible for it all?)
AiOScan
AiOSoftware
BufferChm
Copy
CreateProjects
CreateProjectsTemplates
CueTours
Destinations
Director
DocProc
DocumentViewer
Fax
Gdiplus Assistant
HPODiscovery
HPSU306Stub
HPSystemDiagnostics
InstantShare
overland
Overland
PhotoGallery
Print Screen
ProductContext
QFolder
QuickProjects
Readme
Scan
SkinsHP1
TrayApp
Unload
WebFldrs XP
WebReg

If anyone knows what I can do it would be a great help.

Thank You

You may find a fix on that page. Good Luck

I refer many downloads to the majorgeeks site because they are usually more up-dated than other sites.
Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results as it will help others.
