hello all. I have a question. which antivirus and firewall would you think is the best to use these days. I have heard commodo firewall is good and not really sure of the best antivirus to use as these security suites dont seem to be very good. a regular visitor to computing.net said he/she would not recommend any internet security suites what do you think. thanks

i'm not sure about using a security suite. they are usually pricey and not so good. and you can find many free and reputable tools online. i thinks it's better to get anti-virus and anti-spyware than buy some security suite. i use nod 32 antivirus and malwarebyte's antimalware as antispyware. tc;

I like anti malware from malwarebytes.org too. I also use Sypbot S&D. I wouldn't buy ANY anti virus software since they can't keep pace with virus writers. The rest depends on a working brain. I never click on an attachment unless I requested it from the sender.
