Terminal Service not Stating

Terminal services in services.msc are not starting in my PC.When i select the start type to manual and then click on start it is starting and stopping.

Due to this i am not able to see username in my task manager processes.

I had gone through the links..
i also downloaded the executable provided in winhelp.com.

still no luck..

Also my pc has become dead slow.
I am using avira free edition anti virus.When i scan it shows zero errors.

plz help...

Avira is a good program, but you need more than it for defense.

Try these to see you are infected, may have to use safe mode. Remove all that they find, use google if needed.

Now my pc became fast and terminal service problem is also solved.

Good one prathyush, run the other programs as well.

Because you got infected, that tells you, your defense is not good enough. This is called realtime defense, which should stop you getting infected.

I would swap from Avira to Avast, which offers spyware protection as well.
