I have tried to run the programs suggested, malwarbytes, combofix and HighJack This, but I can't open them. I had to download to a thumbdrive to my cpu because this virus will not allow me to open sites that contain these programs. Any other suggestions?

On your jump drive for Malwarebytes right click the mbam-setup.exe file> click rename> rename it something.exe then try to run it. If it installed but will not run navigate to this folder:
C:\Programs Files\Malwarebytes' AntiMalware
Rename the mbam.exe file then try to run it again, if still no luck rename all the .exe files in the MAlwarebytes' Anti-Malware folder and try to run it again.
For Hijack This rename the Hijack This.exe file to something else and try installing it again.

Hello again.. I have finally had a moment to work on my computer issues. So far I was surprised that I was able access the website and download "threatfire". It found a couple trojans and some adware stuff. Then I was able to finally install Malwarebytes, but was still not able to run it. And still not able to access Ad-aware.com or AVG.com. So, then I ran "SDFix". Have to really pay attention to the instructions and follow exactly and be patient because it takes a while. It found 3 more trojans. Two of which started with TDSS. As soon as it was finished, AVG got it's updates and I can access it's homepage. I still have a few programs I want to run like the ones mentioned here and do a total system cleansing. I hope this helps some folks with similar issues. Thanks for the help Jabuck.
