We have a bit of a disagreement on the Ebay, Seller Central board and I'm hoping for some opinions from those of you that are familiar with spyware and such.
My question: Did Ebay place or allow the ad to be placed on it's site, or was it caused by malware?
Full explanation on the thread at the link and thanks for your opinion. :)

If you want me to take a look at the thread in question, I will gladly do so only if you provide the full URL to the thread. For security reasons I don't click on any tinyurl links.

Thought about the TU link being a problem, but didn't want to stretch your boards as some links can do on the Ebay boards.

"My question: Did Ebay place or allow the ad to be placed on it's site, or was it caused by malware?" Did anyone bother contacting eBay to find out the answer?
