Task Manager Blocked? Third Party Software?

SCREENSHOT INCLUDED After I downloaded the SKIDROW crack for Assassins Creed 2 a program started blocking me from accessing the Task Manager. I'm not 100% sure whether this program is linked to the SKIDROW crack but I'm pretty sure. Also I think it's a third-party software because there's a number telling you the version of that program.
